How to get the most out of your brownies without actually eating a single cookie: 1.
Use your leftovers to make brownies for the first time.
This is one of my favourite tricks.
I have an old tin of leftover cashew nuts that I can use for a homemade brownie recipe.
I use a little bit of peanut butter and then just sprinkle some chopped peanuts over the top.
Mix in the nuts and bake for 10 minutes.
Place them in a pan of boiling water for 10-15 minutes until the brownies are soft and the chocolate is melted.
Pour the chocolate over the brownie and cover tightly with foil to prevent burning.
Once the brownes are done baking, sprinkle a little more chocolate over each.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
Enjoy your homemade brownies.
