Cashew Nut Pod Recipe: Cashews, cashew, and cinnamon!
Recipe by Sarah Wollaston from The Paleo Cookbook recipe ingredients: 1 medium banana, pitted and mashed 1 cup cashews (about 1 medium) 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 cups nonstick or nonstick cooking spray Directions: In a medium bowl, whisk together the banana, casnuts, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Pour the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
(If using a muffer, bake for 1-1/2 hours.)
