I’m on the cusp of going vegan.
When I did, I was looking for a way to eat more plant-based without being full of guilt.
The cashewnut sauce is easy to make and very filling.
The nut song makes for a good side dish.
And the cashew mylks are my go-to when I’m craving nutty comfort food.
So when I saw this vegan cashew sauce recipe from Pad Cashew Nut Sauce, I knew I had to try it.
I’m glad I did.
The sauce is very versatile and can be used in a number of ways.
For one thing, you can make it with other kinds of nuts (like cashews and walnuts), like almonds, pistachios, and pecans.
For another, you could add some cashews or nuts that aren’t in the sauce.
And if you have more than one kind of nut in your sauce, you’re not limited to just one kind.
If you don’t have any nuts, you’ll need to substitute them with pecakias, cashews, and/or walnuts.
This vegan cashews sauce is an excellent way to add a little crunch to your nuts, cashew, or cashews.
The texture is creamy, but the sauce is super light.
It’s also easy to use, and it comes together in minutes.
