Protein powder can boost heart health and reduce risk of heart attack

A new study suggests the protein in a popular protein powder may help you shed pounds and prevent heart attacks.

It found that it boosts the immune system and can lower the risk of developing high blood pressure.

Health Canada said the supplement is now available at more than 1,200 Canadian health centres.

“I don’t know that I would say it is safe to use on a daily basis, but it does work,” said Dr. Karen MacLeod, a senior medical adviser at the health agency.

The study, published online Wednesday in the journal Nutrition and Metabolism, looked at the effects of a supplement called NutraLife that contains cashews, cashew protein and coconut oil.

The researchers looked at people who were given a placebo, which included nuts, cashews and coconut water.

Participants also received three different types of protein powders.

The results showed that participants who were also given NutraLife lost more weight than those who took a placebo.

The supplement is also currently available at Canadian health facilities, including several health centres in British Columbia, Canada.

The research was conducted in the U.K. in collaboration with NutraHealth, a Canadian company that also markets NutraMed.

Nutra Life is made from cashews soaked in water, dried beans, casilla sugar and water, and added to a mix of nuts, nuts butter, casia and coconut oils.

The products were marketed in Britain, Australia, New Zealand, the U, U.S. and Canada.

According to the company, Nutra is “the only dietary protein powder that is nutritionally dense, is nut-free and is low in calories.”

“The aim of NutraFood is to provide a convenient, cost-effective alternative to expensive and time-consuming dietary supplements,” the company said in a news release.

It’s important to note that Nutra meds don’t contain cholesterol.

But the company says it does not recommend that people take them.

The supplements contain about 50 percent less fat than regular dietary supplements and they contain a range of health benefits.

Nutrients like the amino acid lysine are found in nuts, which are rich in lysin, which helps make them a good source of energy and can be a source of protein.

But researchers have not studied how Nutra can help people who already have high blood pressures, which may be linked to heart disease.
