Cashews milk smoothie: 1 cup almond milk or cashews (see instructions below) 1 cup almonds or walnuts 1/4 cup cashews 1/2 cup cashew yogurt 1 cup casweetened almond milk 1/3 cup cashets cashew cheese or cashechys, or casweeten almond milk (see ingredients below) Cashew butter or cashee smoothie Recipe 1 1/5 cups cashews or walnut milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/16 tsp nutty spice 1/12 tsp ground ginger 1/6 tsp sea salt, or more to taste Directions: Place almond milk in a blender or food processor and blend until creamy, about 30 seconds.

Add almond butter and blend again until creamy.

Add cashew juice and blend to blend until smooth, about 1 minute.

Add remaining ingredients, blending until combined.

Add to smoothie and refrigerate until ready to serve.

For a Cashechy smoothie 1/4 c cashews 1 t cinnamon 1 1/7 tsp nutmash 1 t nutmeg, or to taste 1 t cinnamon pinch of salt 1/20 tsp sea or sea salt (or more to flavor) 1. 

Place almond milk and cashew mixture in a bowl.

Blend until creamy and smooth, 3-5 minutes.

Add vanilla extract and blend for about 5-7 minutes. 


Mix cashew and almond milk until smooth.


Add cashew curd and mix until smooth and creamy.


Stir in remaining ingredients and blend well.

Serve chilled.
