Costco Cashew Nuts cashews are a great source of healthy protein, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, and high in B vitamins and minerals.
A rich source of calcium and vitamin D, they are also a good source of fiber.
To make a cashew nutmeal, heat the milk and nuts in a food processor until they are just smooth and creamy.
Add in some cream and whisk to make smooth, creamy cashew milk.
Heat up some water in a saucepan and whisk over a couple of tablespoons of the cashew milky milk, to make an extra rich, nutty cashew sauce.
Add a little nutmeg and pepper flakes to taste.
Place the cashews in a bowl and pour the caschems milk into the bowl.
Add the chopped pistachios and nuts, and whisk until smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
